Pimm’s Cup

If you are looking for a nice refreshing drink for the Summer, go no further.  Also, with all of the fruit in the drink, you may be able to convince yourself that it is a little healthy!


We just made two drinks, but this drink is also great if you have a a group of people over.   You can cup all the fruit before hand and it’s a great alternative to a bloody mary bar for a brunch.



Pimm’s Cup

Pimm’s No. 1
Oranges, sliced in rounds
Lemons, sliced in rounds
Strawberries, cut in thick slices
Cucumbers, sliced in rounds

Fill your glass half way with ice.  Fill the rest with a mix of mint and fruit.  Fill the glass with 1/3 Pimm’s, 1/3 lemonade and 1/3 seltzer.  Pour contents into a shaker and then back into the glass to mix it up.  Serve with a straw – enjoy!
